📋 Job Description

Jobzi is sourcing qualified candidates for SAP FICO Consultant positions at Chennai IT companies. This role is based along the OMR IT Corridor and surrounding technology parks. You will join a dynamic IT team working on real-world projects with opportunities for growth and skill development.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
• Set up G/L accounts, chart of accounts, cost centres, and profit centres
• Map and configure accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and period-end activities
• Troubleshoot FICO issues and coordinate with ABAP team for custom developments
• Conduct user training and document functional specifications for enhancements
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration planning and finance process optimization

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• 4 - 9 Years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking
• Understanding of CO modules: cost centre, profit centre, internal orders
• Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation
