📌 Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP PP (Production Planning) for discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing
- Set up Bills of Materials (BOM), work centres, and routings for production
- Configure MRP (Material Requirements Planning) for demand-driven planning
- Support capacity planning, production order management, and confirmations
- Integrate PP with MM for material staging and FI for production cost accounting
- Configure plant maintenance (PM) integration for equipment and resource planning
- Train production planners and write functional specifications for PP customizations
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Computer Science
- 4 - 8 Years of SAP PP functional consulting experience
- SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of PP sub-processes: BOM, routing, MRP, production orders
- Understanding of discrete and process manufacturing planning
