- Configure and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) order-to-cash processes
- Set up customer master data, sales organizations, and distribution channels
- Configure pricing procedures, condition types, and complex pricing schemas
- Support order management, delivery processing, and billing document flows
- Configure credit management, availability check, and transfer of requirements
- Integrate SD with FI for revenue recognition and account determination
- Write functional specifications for SD enhancements and user exits
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, Sales Management, or Commerce
- 4 - 8 Years of SAP SD functional consulting experience
- SAP S/4HANA Sales certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of SD sub-processes: order management, pricing, billing, returns
- Understanding of SD-FI, SD-MM, and SD-PP integration points
- Experience with EDI, IDocs, and interfaces for customer portals
