📌 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
- Build custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer
- Write Glide API scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
- Design and maintain Service Catalog items and request fulfillment workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs and Integration Hub
- Configure CMDB, discovery, and dependency views for IT asset management
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform ServiceNow upgrades and patches
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3 - 7 Years of ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills
- Experience with ITSM module configuration and ITIL processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration patterns and REST API
- Hands-on with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for automation
