• Conduct thorough skin analysis and client history consultation before each esthetic treatment session
• Design personalised skincare treatment plans addressing client concerns including acne, pigmentation, dryness, and ageing
• Recommend professional skincare products and home care routines for clients following in-clinic treatments
• Maintain accurate records of client skin conditions, treatments performed, and product usage after each visit
• Ensure sterilisation and hygiene of esthetic equipment and treatment area between client sessions
• Upsell treatment package programmes and skincare retail products to existing and new spa clients
