• Stay current on seasonal sportswear launches and new casual fashion arrivals to share with customers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for the sportswear and casuals section
• Maintain rack presentation, size organisation, and floor cleanliness in the sportswear section
• Support in-store promotional activities and seasonal campaigns for activewear and casual collections

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass from a recognised board in any stream
• Personal interest in sports, fitness, or active lifestyle with knowledge of activewear categories
• Familiarity with sportswear fabric technologies, fit types, and product applications
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English for engaging with a diverse customer base
• Goal-oriented attitude with willingness to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and during major sporting season promotions
• Prior experience in a sportswear or casual clothing retail environment is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
