📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the fashion sales floor team during assigned shifts, ensuring consistent customer service standards
• Monitor daily individual and section sales targets and coach team members to close performance gaps
• Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and leave records for all floor staff in the section
• Handle customer escalations beyond sales associate authority and resolve complaints professionally
• Conduct daily planogram and display compliance walks and direct corrective action where needed
• Coordinate with the inventory and backroom team for timely stock replenishment on the floor
• Brief the team at shift start on new arrivals, promotions, and daily sales focus for the section

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Two to five years of fashion retail floor experience with at least one year in a team leader or supervisor capacity
• Demonstrated ability to drive daily sales targets across a team of four to twelve floor staff
• Strong customer handling skills including the ability to resolve complaints and manage difficult situations
• Familiarity with planogram compliance, fashion display standards, and VM guidelines
• Good shift planning and attendance management skills for a rotational shift floor team
• Proficiency in Tamil and English for team briefings and senior customer interactions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
