• Manage antivirus, patch deployment, and endpoint security
• Configure firewalls, routers, and switches for local and remote sites
• Document IT assets, procedures, and incident resolution steps

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1 - 4 Years of system or IT administration experience
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with Active Directory and email administration
• Hands-on with desktop and server troubleshooting
• Good communication skills for end-user support
