- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications (FRD/BRD)
- Create UML diagrams (use case, sequence, activity) for system documentation
- Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows for IT solutions
- Liaise between business users and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and resolving business-side queries
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/MBA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or Management
- 3 - 6 Years of systems analysis or business analysis experience
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Proficiency in UML and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- SQL knowledge for data querying and validation
- Experience working in agile project environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
