📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead a development team of 4-8 engineers for a product or project module
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure sprint deliverables are met on time
- Conduct daily standups, resolve blockers, and escalate impediments
- Perform code reviews and guide team members on best practices
- Work closely with project managers and product owners on scope and planning
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and design teams for seamless delivery
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5 - 9 Years of software development with 1-2 years in a lead role
- Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Experience conducting code reviews and guiding team members
- Ability to manage sprint planning, task assignment, and delivery tracking
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on coding ability in at least one technology stack
