📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex product features
• Review pull requests, set coding standards, and enforce engineering best practices
• Break down technical epics into actionable tasks for the development team
• Provide technical mentoring and career guidance to junior and mid engineers
• Participate in architecture reviews and cross-team technical alignment discussions
• Identify technical debt and propose a prioritized reduction roadmap
• Represent the engineering team in product planning and stakeholder discussions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 7 - 12 Years of software development with 2+ years in a tech lead role
• Deep expertise in one or more full-stack domains (backend, frontend, or mobile)
• Experience designing and reviewing distributed system architectures
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise team technical quality
• Hands-on with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional technical discussions
