📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile app projects from kickoff to go-live
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews as Scrum Master
• Manage client communication, requirement gathering, and scope change requests
• Track project milestones, resource allocation, and budget burn-rate using JIRA and project tracking tools
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively and escalate blockers to management
• Prepare weekly status reports and presentations for client and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with QA, design, frontend, and backend teams to ensure on-time delivery

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience managing web or mobile app projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in agile and scrum methodologies with experience as a scrum master or delivery manager
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
• Ability to prepare project plans, risk registers, and milestone-based delivery schedules
• Understanding of web and mobile app development processes, technology stacks, and delivery lifecycles
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
