Jobzi is sourcing qualified candidates for Technical Trainer positions at Chennai IT companies. This role is based along the OMR IT Corridor and surrounding technology parks. You will join a dynamic IT team working on real-world projects with opportunities for growth and skill development.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for developers, testers, and IT professionals
• Create training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments
• Conduct classroom and online technical sessions on programming, cloud, and DevOps topics
• Assess learner progress through quizzes, projects, and practical evaluations
• Maintain and update course content to reflect latest industry trends and tools
• Coordinate with HR and L&D teams for new employee onboarding training programs
• Administer and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) including Moodle or TalentLMS

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3 - 7 Years of hands-on industry experience before transitioning to training
• Strong verbal communication and classroom presentation skills
• Experience creating technical course content and assessments
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
• Familiarity with LMS platforms for online content delivery
• Patience, enthusiasm for teaching, and ability to handle diverse learner audiences
