📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and present customised international and domestic holiday itineraries including flights, hotels, and activities.
• Sell leisure holiday packages for destinations such as Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, and Indian Ocean islands.
• Handle honeymoon package design, anniversary travel, and family holiday bookings with personalised inclusions.
• Book flights using GDS and hotels through B2B travel portals to assemble competitive package pricing.
• Follow up with leads, send quotations, collect payments, and manage post-booking documentation for customers.
• Achieve monthly package sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores for repeat referrals.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Tourism from a recognised travel and tourism institute.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in leisure travel consulting or holiday package sales in a private travel agency.
• Good destination knowledge of international leisure markets including Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, and Maldives.
• Familiarity with B2B hotel booking portals and GDS platforms for building package costings.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with the ability to close package sales in a competitive market.
• Ability to design honeymoon and family holiday itineraries tailored to individual customer requirements.
• Tamil and English communication skills for handling customer enquiries and preparing detailed travel quotations.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
