📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, outbound, inventory, and quality functions and deliver agreed client SLAs
• Own the warehouse P and L budget including manpower, equipment, utilities, consumables, and overhead costs and deliver monthly financial targets
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and floor staff and build a high-performance operations team
• Monitor and drive daily and weekly warehouse KPIs including order fulfilment rate, inventory accuracy, dock utilisation, and productivity per headcount
• Manage client relationships for 3PL or dedicated warehouse accounts, review SLA performance monthly, and resolve escalations
• Implement operational improvements using lean, 5S, and continuous improvement principles to reduce cost and improve throughput
• Ensure full statutory compliance including Factories Act, fire safety, and ESI-PF registration requirements for the warehouse facility
