📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations across assigned shifts including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch activities
• Monitor and report shift-level KPIs including pick accuracy, dock turnaround time, order fulfilment rate, and inventory accuracy
• Plan and allocate shift-wise manpower across inbound, outbound, and inventory zones based on daily workload
• Conduct shift handover briefings and document all pending activities, discrepancies, and equipment issues for the incoming shift supervisor
• Enforce warehouse safety rules including forklift aisle compliance, stack height limits, PPE usage, and emergency exit clearance
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve inbound or outbound operational issues without delay
• Support WMS operations by reviewing daily system reports, approving transactions, and escalating system errors to the IT team
