• Conduct and supervise histopathology and cytopathology practical classes
• Guide postgraduate MD Pathology students in research and dissertation work
• Oversee departmental quality assurance and lab accreditation activities
• Contribute to research publications in indexed pathology journals
• Assist the professor and head of department in administrative functions
• Represent the department in academic council and examination committees

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MD Pathology from an NMC-recognised institution required
• NMC associate professor eligibility experience norms must be met
• Research publications in indexed journals mandatory for associate professor level
• Experience in histopathology, cytopathology, and clinical pathology required
• Postgraduate teaching and dissertation guidance experience preferred
• Familiarity with NABL or NABH lab quality standards preferred
• NMC or state medical council registration mandatory
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
