📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate e-way bills accurately for all outbound consignments using the GST e-way bill portal before vehicle departure
• Prepare and verify delivery challans, tax invoices, and packing lists for each dispatch matching the purchase order or client requirement
• Collect and file lorry receipts from transporters and maintain a dispatch register for daily shipment records
• Supervise vehicle loading to ensure correct consignments are loaded, sealed, and documented before gate-out
• Verify transporter details, vehicle number, and driver license against documents before confirming dispatch in the system
• Coordinate with the logistics coordinator and warehouse team to ensure all documentation is complete before vehicle departure
• Maintain e-way bill amendment and cancellation records and ensure compliance with GST documentation timelines
• Compile daily dispatch MIS with consignment details, vehicle numbers, transporter names, and delivery timelines for the operations team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce or any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in dispatch documentation, logistics back-office, or supply chain documentation roles
• Hands-on knowledge of e-way bill generation on the GST portal and understanding of e-way bill validity rules
• Familiarity with lorry receipt formats, delivery challans, tax invoices, and packing list preparation for road freight
• Basic GST knowledge covering interstate and intrastate goods movement documentation requirements
• Good data entry accuracy and MS Excel skills for dispatch register maintenance and MIS preparation
• Ability to manage multiple consignments simultaneously under time pressure during peak dispatch hours
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
