📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed energy audits of commercial and industrial facilities to identify energy saving opportunities.
• Carry out measurement and verification activities as per IPMVP protocols for energy efficiency projects.
• Prepare ECBC compliance reports and energy performance certificates for new commercial building projects.
• Assist with BEE star rating applications for buildings and data centres including documentation and simulation.
• Analyse utility bills, power quality data, and equipment energy consumption patterns to quantify savings potential.
• Prepare energy audit reports with executive summary, detailed findings, ROI calculations, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and BMS teams to implement energy conservation measures identified in audits.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in energy auditing, energy management, or building energy performance roles.
• CMVP (Certified Measurement and Verification Professional) certification from AEE or equivalent body is preferred.
• Knowledge of IPMVP Measurement and Verification Protocol and ECBC energy performance compliance.
• Familiarity with BEE star rating program requirements for commercial buildings and data centres.
• Experience with energy simulation software such as eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or DesignBuilder is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse power quality data, electrical load profiles, and HVAC system energy consumption patterns.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
