- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of electrical systems in assigned facility
- Maintain LT panels, distribution boards, MCBs, and switchgear
- Service and monitor UPS systems, inverters, and DG sets
- Replace and maintain lighting fixtures, LED lights, and emergency lighting
- Monitor power consumption and report anomalies to FM manager
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults including short circuits and power tripping
- Follow permit-to-work and lockout-tagout procedures for all electrical maintenance activities
