• Manage social media presence and content calendar for brand and product awareness
• Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent
• Set up and optimise email marketing automation for user onboarding and re-engagement
• Collaborate with product teams on conversion rate optimisation for key user journeys

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate with 0-4 years of digital or growth marketing experience, preferably at a startup or D2C brand
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategy
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance
• Creativity for designing growth experiments and marketing campaigns within budget constraints
• Basic understanding of conversion funnel optimisation
