• Write detailed product requirements and user stories for the engineering team to implement
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and growth teams to ship features on schedule
• Analyse product metrics and run A/B tests to measure feature impact and guide iteration
• Communicate product strategy and progress to founders, investors, and internal stakeholders
• Act as the voice of the customer in internal product and strategy discussions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 2-8 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or product company
• Strong user research skills and ability to translate customer insights into product decisions
• Experience writing clear product requirements and user stories for engineering teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication skills
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities typical of startups
• Prior experience in a 0-to-1 product build is a strong advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
