📌 Key Responsibilities

• Control and monitor entry and exit of persons and vehicles at the assigned post
• Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as per site protocol
• Conduct regular perimeter patrol rounds at assigned frequency
• Report security incidents, thefts, and unauthorized access to supervisor immediately
• Enforce site-specific security rules including bag checks and ID verification
• Coordinate with central monitoring room on CCTV and alarm observations
• Attend roll call and briefing at shift change and complete handover correctly

10th pass or above for security guard and housekeeping roles; PSARA certification for private security agency staff in Tamil Nadu; Ex-servicemen or police-trained candidates preferred for senior security roles; Diploma or ITI for technical FM roles such as electrician, plumber, and HVAC technician; Graduate for security supervisor and FM coordinator roles; MBA or Graduate for operations manager and branch manager roles; knowledge of access control systems and CCTV monitoring for security technology roles; Hindi and Tamil language for security supervisor and client coordination roles in Coimbatore
