📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design static posts, carousel graphics, Reels covers, story frames, and YouTube thumbnails for studio clients' social media brand pages
• Create platform-specific visual content using Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop that adheres to each client's brand guidelines and content calendar themes
• Develop monthly content design batches for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube covering all planned post formats and campaign themes
• Adapt and resize design assets across platform-specific dimensions and aspect ratios for posts, stories, cover images, and ad creatives
• Collaborate with social media managers, content writers, and account managers to translate campaign themes and copy into visually compelling design
• Build branded Canva template libraries for recurring social content types so account teams can produce on-brand posts efficiently and independently
• Stay current with platform design trends, popular visual formats, and aesthetic shifts on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to keep client content visually fresh

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Des, Diploma in Graphic Design, or any graduate degree with 0 to 3 years of social media visual content design experience
• Proficiency in Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop for creating on-brand social media graphics, carousels, story frames, and video thumbnails
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content formats including optimal dimensions, aspect ratios, and platform design best practices
• Ability to design within client brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity across different content themes and campaign types
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for producing more complex social media design layouts when Canva templates are insufficient
• Creative awareness of social media design trends and popular visual styles including minimalism, bold typography, gradient treatments, and illustration styles
• A portfolio of social media design work demonstrating grid aesthetics, story design, carousel layout, and thumbnail creation across brand categories
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
