📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for client websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, and digital platforms using Figma as the primary design and prototyping tool
• Create user flows, information architecture maps, and low-fidelity wireframes to define page structure and navigation logic before visual design
• Develop high-fidelity UI screens and interactive prototypes that demonstrate user interactions, state transitions, and responsive layout behaviour
• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma that ensure consistency across all screens and speed up production for recurring project types
• Collaborate with developers during design handoff using Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin to ensure accurate implementation of spacing, typography, and interaction specifications
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability reviews of existing digital products and recommend improvements based on UI/UX best practices
• Present design solutions to studio clients and iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing insights, and technical feasibility inputs from developers

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Des, B.F.A., or B.E. in any discipline with 0 to 4 years of UI/UX design experience and a portfolio showing web and app interface design projects
• Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, and design system component library management
• Understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to design interfaces that adapt correctly across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes
• Familiarity with usability principles, information architecture concepts, and basic user research techniques applicable to the design process
• Experience with developer handoff tools such as Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin to communicate design specifications clearly to front-end developers
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines including WCAG 2.1 standards to ensure inclusive and compliant interface design for diverse users
• Exposure to design systems thinking and the ability to build scalable component libraries that improve consistency across large digital projects
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
