📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach B.Sc. Biochemistry subjects including Biomolecules, Cell Biology, Enzymology, Metabolism, and Molecular Biology
• Conduct Biochemistry laboratory practicals on colorimetry, chromatography, electrophoresis, and enzyme assays
• Teach Clinical Biochemistry, Nutrition Science, and Bioinformatics basics at undergraduate level
• Guide students in Biochemistry project work, research methodology, and seminar presentations
• Set and evaluate internal assessments, conduct model practical examinations, and assess lab records
• Maintain biochemistry laboratory equipment including spectrophotometers, centrifuges, and electrophoresis apparatus
• Participate in faculty development programmes in Proteomics, Genomics, and Bioinformatics

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Sc. Biochemistry from a recognized university with UGC NET or SET
• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Clinical Biochemistry, or Bioinformatics preferred
• 0 - 6 Years of Biochemistry teaching experience; freshers with NET welcome
• Strong practical knowledge of spectrophotometry, chromatography, and electrophoresis techniques
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools (BLAST, NCBI, PDB) and molecular biology techniques
• Research publications in biochemistry or biotechnology journals preferred
• Ability to connect Biochemistry with clinical and nutritional applications for student motivation
