📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach B.Com, BBA, and M.Com subjects including Accountancy, Business Law, Financial Management, and Taxation
• Conduct classes in Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Analysis
• Teach Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST), Auditing, and Income Tax procedures at undergraduate level
• Guide B.Com and M.Com students in project work, case studies, and internship report preparation
• Evaluate internal assessments, conduct model examinations, and correct university practical and viva examinations
• Mentor students for CA Foundation, CMA Intermediate, and ICSI CS examinations
• Participate in commerce faculty development programmes, seminars, and accounting education conferences

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Com from a recognized university with UGC NET or SET qualification
• Ph.D. in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred for senior roles
• 0 - 6 Years of commerce teaching experience at degree college level; freshers with NET welcome
• Strong knowledge of Accountancy, Taxation (GST, Income Tax), Auditing, and Financial Management
• Familiarity with current CBCS-based Commerce syllabus of the affiliating university
• Knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting software preferred for practical teaching
• CA/CMA/CS qualification or partial completion is a significant advantage for teaching professional courses
