📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design logo marks, wordmarks, monograms, and logo systems for new and rebranding clients across consumer, corporate, and institutional categories
• Develop comprehensive brand guideline documents covering logo usage rules, color palettes, typography hierarchies, and brand voice and tone guidelines
• Build complete visual identity systems including stationery, business cards, email signatures, social media profile templates, and brand pattern libraries
• Present brand identity concepts with strategic rationale that connects visual design decisions to the client's brand positioning and market context
• Manage brand identity projects from initial discovery workshops through logo exploration, refinement, final system development, and guidelines handoff
• Apply brand architecture thinking to identity systems for organisations with multiple sub-brands, product lines, or service divisions
• Ensure all brand identity outputs are delivered as print-ready and screen-ready master files in appropriate vector, raster, and web-optimised formats

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Des in Graphic Design or Visual Communication with 1 to 5 years of experience specialising in brand identity and visual identity design
• Portfolio demonstrating logo design, brand guidelines, and full visual identity system development across consumer or corporate brand categories
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector-based logo and identity system construction with clean, scalable, technically sound artwork
• Strong understanding of typography for identity design including the ability to pair typefaces, specify type hierarchies, and recommend custom type solutions
• Knowledge of brand architecture principles and experience designing identity systems that accommodate sub-brand or product family relationships
• Ability to facilitate or participate in client discovery workshops and translate brand strategy inputs into well-defined visual identity design directions
• Experience delivering brand guideline documents in both print and interactive PDF formats with clear specifications for internal and external brand usage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
