📌 Key Responsibilities

• Execute design briefs across print and digital categories including packaging, brochures, banners, social media assets, and marketing collateral for studio clients
• Develop creative concepts from client briefs and present multiple layout options with clear design rationale to senior designers or art directors
• Apply and extend brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs ensuring visual identity coherence across touchpoints
• Prepare high-quality print-ready artwork with correct color profiles, bleeds, trapping, and technical specifications for offset and digital print vendors
• Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and clients to refine design concepts through structured feedback and revision cycles
• Manage multiple project briefs simultaneously and deliver outputs on time according to studio project schedules and client deadlines
• Build and maintain master template files for recurring collateral categories that improve studio production efficiency across client retainers

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Des in Graphic Design or Visual Communication with 1 to 4 years of studio or agency experience in multi-category design production
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for producing print-ready and digital-ready design files
• Demonstrated ability to execute design briefs across diverse categories including print collateral, brand assets, and digital content
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to work within and extend established visual identity systems
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork including correct color mode, bleed, trim marks, and resolution for commercial print production
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deliver outputs on agreed studio timelines
• A portfolio demonstrating breadth across print and digital design categories with evidence of client brief execution and brand consistency
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
