📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing students during clinical postings in affiliated teaching hospitals across medical, surgical, OBG, pediatric, and ICU wards
• Guide students in preparing nursing care plans, patient assessment documentation, and clinical case reports
• Conduct bedside clinical teaching, demonstrate evidence-based nursing procedures in the ward setting
• Evaluate student clinical performance using INC-prescribed clinical assessment tools and maintain clinical records
• Coordinate with hospital ward nursing staff for smooth student posting schedules and learning opportunities
• Ensure student compliance with hospital infection control, uniform, and conduct norms during clinical postings
• Prepare clinical posting reports and submit to the nursing college faculty in charge

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing from an INC-recognized institution with active TNMC (Tamil Nadu Nursing and Midwives Council) registration
• 2 - 7 Years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital ward; ICU or specialty ward experience preferred
• Good clinical assessment and patient care skills to model professional nursing practice to students
• Ability to supervise groups of 8-15 students simultaneously across ward postings
• Patience and teaching ability for guiding students through their first real patient care experiences
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification mandatory; ACLS certification preferred
• Willingness to travel to affiliated teaching hospital sites across Chennai for student posting supervision
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
