📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a cluster of five to fifteen private bank branches and ensure collective achievement of business targets.
• Review individual branch performance dashboards and provide strategic direction and support to branch managers.
• Drive cluster-level CASA, credit, and fee income targets through coordinated business planning.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cluster geography through market expansion initiatives.
• Mentor and coach branch managers and senior banking professionals within the cluster for capability development.
• Coordinate with regional credit, operations, and compliance heads for cluster-level issue resolution.
• Represent the cluster in regional business reviews and provide data-driven performance reports to area leadership.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institution; additional qualifications in finance or banking are an advantage.
• Ten to twenty years of banking experience with at least three to five years in cluster or multi-branch management.
• Strong P&L management track record across multiple branches with demonstrated business growth.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to develop branch managers and high-potential staff.
• Strategic business development skills and the ability to grow market share in competitive banking segments.
• Deep understanding of banking products across retail, SME, and corporate segments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret branch performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
