• Write persuasive landing page headlines, sub-headlines, and call-to-action text that improve conversion rates for client campaigns
• Collaborate with art directors and graphic designers to develop integrated visual-copy concepts for social media and display creatives
• Create email marketing sequences including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs for promotional, drip, and re-engagement campaigns
• Interpret creative briefs from account managers and translate client objectives into clear, on-brand messaging directions
• Conduct A/B copy tests on ad headlines, email subject lines, and landing page elements to identify highest-performing variants
• Adapt brand copy across multiple formats including short-form social captions, long-form web articles, video scripts, and OOH concepts

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or Advertising with evidence of creative copywriting ability
• Portfolio demonstrating advertising copywriting for digital formats including social ads, email campaigns, or web landing pages
• Understanding of consumer psychology, persuasion principles, and how copy influences digital conversion funnels
• Experience writing in multiple brand voices ranging from corporate professional to playful D2C consumer tones
