📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and performance oversight of full-service digital marketing campaigns for the agency's major client accounts
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team spanning SEO, paid media, social media, content, and design functions and develop team capability through coaching
• Own the agency's delivery quality standards, ensuring all client campaigns are executed on strategy, on time, and within budget allocations
• Build and present comprehensive digital marketing strategies to senior client leadership including channel mix recommendations and ROI projections
• Analyse performance data across all digital channels to identify optimisation opportunities and pivot campaign strategies based on real-time results
• Collaborate with agency leadership on business development pitches, new client onboarding plans, and service offering development
• Establish internal processes, workflow tools, and quality benchmarks that improve the efficiency and consistency of the agency's delivery operations

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a team leadership or management role within an agency environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of all major digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing high-performing multi-disciplinary digital marketing teams and developing junior talent
• Experience presenting digital strategies and performance results to C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders with credibility and clarity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multi-channel data and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
• Budget management experience covering both client campaign spend and internal team resource allocation across multiple accounts
• MBA or Graduate degree in Marketing or Business preferred; Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and analytics certifications are expected at this level
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
