📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests at the branch counter
• Assist customers in opening savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts
• Complete KYC documentation and verify customer identity and address proofs
• Explain banking products (loans, deposits, cards, insurance) to customers
• Process account modifications, cheque book requests, and address updates
• Coordinate with back-office teams to resolve pending customer requests
• Achieve monthly cross-sell targets for banking products and third-party offerings

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com, BBA, or any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 1 - 3 Years of customer service experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of KYC norms, banking products, and account opening procedures
• Good command of Tamil and English for customer communication
• Familiarity with core banking software (Finacle, Finnone, or similar)
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer complaints
• Target-driven mindset with ability to cross-sell banking products
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
