📌 Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints and grievances promptly, escalating complex issues to the branch manager when required.
• Educate customers about banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, and digital banking services.
• Support cross-selling of relevant banking and third-party products based on customer profile and needs.
• Maintain customer interaction logs and ensure service quality standards are met at the branch.
• Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure timely resolution of pending requests and service tickets.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and account types.
• Familiarity with KYC norms and documentation requirements.
• Customer-centric attitude with patience to handle high volumes of branch walk-ins.
• Prior experience in banking customer service, BPO, or a customer-facing retail role is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also considered.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
