📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the booking, dispatch, and tracking of time-definite express consignments to ensure delivery within the committed SLA window
• Coordinate with linehaul teams and partner hubs to ensure express bags are loaded and dispatched on priority connections
• Monitor all express consignments in transit and proactively escalate any at-risk shipments to prevent SLA breach
• Communicate with shippers for any express consignment exceptions including flight delays, linehaul disruption, or delivery area access issues
• Prepare daily express SLA compliance reports covering on-time delivery rate, breach count, and root cause for breached consignments
• Handle priority customer escalations for missed express SLAs with a recovery plan and compensation coordination if applicable
• Ensure proper labelling, packaging compliance, and manifesting of outbound express consignments at the booking and dispatch stage

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in express logistics operations, courier dispatch, or freight coordination; freshers welcome
• Understanding of time-definite delivery commitments and how express courier SLAs differ from standard delivery
• Good communication skills for coordinating with linehaul, hub, and partner teams across the express network
• Proficiency in MS Excel and courier tracking systems for express MIS preparation and consignment monitoring
• Ability to manage multiple priority shipments simultaneously and escalate exceptions quickly to minimize SLA breach impact
• Willingness to work extended hours or split shifts during high-volume express periods such as festive sales or quarter-end business cycles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
