• Administer structured questionnaires accurately and ensure all responses are recorded as per research protocol
• Meet daily field assignment targets including interview quotas for age, gender, and product usage profiles
• Verify respondent eligibility against screening criteria before beginning the main questionnaire
• Submit completed interview data to supervisors daily via paper forms or CAPI mobile applications
• Follow up with hard-to-reach respondent segments and report coverage gaps to the field supervisor
• Maintain professional conduct during field interactions and comply with all respondent confidentiality guidelines

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline with good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai zones for field data collection assignments
• Ability to conduct structured interviews accurately and meet daily field productivity targets
