📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for valuation, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze company financial statements and prepare detailed investment research reports
• Conduct DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis for equity valuation
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic indicators affecting the BFSI sector
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for management
• Support investment banking, credit, or treasury teams with quantitative analysis
• Maintain financial databases and automate reporting using Excel, VBA, or Power BI

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Finance, CA, CFA Level 1 or higher from a recognized institution
• 2 - 6 Years of financial analysis experience in BFSI, consulting, or equity research
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and VBA macros
• Knowledge of DCF valuation, comparable analysis, and financial ratio interpretation
• Familiarity with Bloomberg or Reuters for market data and financial research
• Strong written communication for research report writing
• CA or CFA qualification significantly preferred for senior analyst roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
