- Analyze fraud patterns and recommend rule changes to the fraud rule engine
- Process chargeback and dispute resolution requests from cardholders
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, digital banking, and card operations teams on fraud incidents
- Prepare daily and monthly fraud MIS reports including loss amounts, prevention rates, and trends
- Educate customers and branches on emerging fraud typologies and prevention measures
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com/BBA/B.Tech with 2-5 years of fraud analytics or banking operations experience
- SQL skills for querying transaction databases and fraud pattern analysis
- Knowledge of digital payment fraud: UPI fraud, card skimming, phishing, and SIM swap
- Experience with fraud monitoring systems (FICO Falcon, Actimize FRM, or similar)
- Understanding of chargeback process and NPCI/Visa/Mastercard dispute rules
- Analytical mindset with ability to detect anomalies in large transaction datasets
- Good written communication for fraud case documentation and investigation reports
