📌 Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns for agency clients across industries
• Conduct keyword research for PPC campaigns using Google Keyword Planner and identify negative keyword lists to reduce wasted ad spend
• Monitor daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, Quality Scores, and impression share metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion actions to accurately attribute leads and sales to campaigns
• Write ad copy for responsive search ads, display ads, and call ads that are aligned with client landing page messaging and campaign objectives
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports covering impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, cost per conversion, and ROAS for client review
• Test new campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting options, and ad extensions to continuously improve campaign efficiency

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience with a proven track record of improving ROAS or reducing CPL for clients
• Valid Google Ads certification from Google Skillshop covering Search, Display, or Shopping advertising is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and understanding of attribution modelling, conversion windows, and assisted conversions
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for implementing conversion tracking, remarketing tags, and custom event tracking
• Ability to analyse campaign data, identify underperforming ad groups or keywords, and implement targeted optimisations
• Understanding of audience targeting options including in-market audiences, customer match, and similar audiences for campaign layering
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or any discipline; experience managing monthly budgets above Rs.1 lakh is advantageous
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
