📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging social media graphics, carousel posts, story frames, and reel thumbnails for client brand pages across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Design digital display banner ads in multiple sizes for Google Display Network, programmatic, and social media ad placements as per campaign briefs
• Develop brand identity elements including logo variations, colour palettes, typography systems, and brand guideline documents for new client brands
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to interpret creative briefs and produce design assets that align with campaign messaging and brand guidelines
• Resize and adapt approved design assets across multiple format specifications for different platforms, placements, and device resolutions
• Maintain an organised library of client brand assets, approved templates, and source files for efficient future campaign production
• Present design concepts to account managers and receive client feedback through revision cycles while maintaining production quality and deadline commitments

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts with a portfolio demonstrating digital design ability
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating print-ready and web-optimised design assets
• Experience designing social media content for brand pages including carousels, story templates, and animated GIF posts
• Working knowledge of Canva Pro for rapid content creation and template management for social media client accounts
• Understanding of digital advertising specifications including banner sizes for Google Display Network, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Good eye for typography, colour harmony, visual hierarchy, and layout composition in both static and animated digital formats
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Canva animations for creating simple motion elements is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
