📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update the plant's HACCP plan including hazard analysis, CCP identification, and critical limits
• Monitor CCP verification records and ensure all critical limits are met and documented during each production shift
• Manage prerequisite programme documentation including cleaning schedules, pest control logs, and supplier qualification records
• Train production and QC staff on HACCP principles, CCP monitoring procedures, and corrective action requirements
• Conduct internal HACCP and food safety management system audits and prepare audit findings reports
• Coordinate with the QA manager on non-conformance investigations, CAPA implementation, and effectiveness reviews
• Support third-party HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSAI audit preparations and maintain all food safety records in audit-ready condition

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you developed or updated a HACCP plan from hazard analysis to CCP definition?
• Which CCPs have you monitored in a food processing plant?
• Are you familiar with prerequisite programme documentation such as cleaning and pest control records?
• Have you trained shopfloor staff on HACCP and CCP monitoring procedures?
• Have you participated in or led an internal food safety audit?
• How do you handle a CCP deviation on the production line?
• Which food safety certification standard does your current or previous plant operate under?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
