- Own the full P and L for the logistics and 3PL business across multiple sites and client accounts and drive annual revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain and logistics strategy including network design, warehousing footprint, transport model, and technology roadmap
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with major client accounts at the CXO and supply chain director level for retention and business expansion
- Drive business development by identifying new 3PL contract opportunities, leading RFQ and RFP responses, and closing new client contracts
- Lead and develop a senior leadership team including operations managers, supply chain managers, and transport managers across sites
- Define and oversee technology strategy for WMS, TMS, and supply chain analytics platforms to build competitive differentiation
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all sites for labour law, GST, warehouse licensing, transport permits, and safety standards
- Report P and L, strategic progress, and business development pipeline to the board, investors, or group leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA from a premier or recognized institution; APICS CSCP or CLTD certification is a strong asset
- 10 - 20 Years of experience in logistics and supply chain management with at least 5 years in a Head of Logistics, VP, or National Operations head role
- Proven track record of P and L ownership for a multi-site 3PL or logistics business with revenue of Rs.50 crore or more
- Strong client portfolio management skills including CXO-level relationship management, contract renewal, and business expansion
