📌 Key Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and families on individual and family floater health insurance plans
• Explain policy coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, cashless hospitals, and claim procedures
• Compare and recommend health plans across insurers based on coverage and premium
• Assist corporate HR teams in selecting and renewing group health insurance policies
• Support insured members during hospitalization for cashless approval and claim assistance
• Process health insurance renewals and prevent policy lapses through timely follow-up
• Stay updated on Star Health, United India, and other Chennai-based insurer products

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 1 - 4 Years of health insurance sales or claims servicing experience
• Valid IRDAI general insurance agent or corporate agent license
• Strong knowledge of Mediclaim, family floater, critical illness, and top-up plans
• Empathetic communication skills for health emergency support situations
• Familiarity with cashless hospitalization process and network hospitals in Chennai
• Ability to manage a corporate group health portfolio alongside retail clients
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
