📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach IGCSE Business Studies and IB DP Business Management at Standard Level and Higher Level
• Cover marketing, finance, human resource management, operations, and business strategy
• Prepare students for IGCSE and IB Business Management examinations using case studies and past papers
• Supervise and assess IB Business Management Internal Assessment and HL Research Project
• Develop students' ability to apply business theory to real-world corporate case studies
• Guide students in interpreting financial statements, ratio analysis, and investment appraisal
• Keep course content current with contemporary business examples from global and Indian markets

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or M.Com. from a recognised institution with B.Ed. teaching qualification or teaching experience
• Minimum three years of IGCSE Business Studies or IB Business Management teaching experience
• Strong command of IB Business Management SL and HL syllabus including HL extension topics
• Skilled in using business case studies, Harvard-style discussion, and real-world examples in lessons
• Experienced in supervising IB Business Management Internal Assessment from research question to submission
• Ability to teach financial analysis including ratio analysis, cash flow forecasting, and investment appraisal
• Industry background in business, finance, or management is an advantage
