🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- M.A. Hindi from a recognized university with UGC NET / SET or Ph.D. in Hindi Language and Literature
- 0 - 4 Years of college-level Hindi teaching experience; freshers with NET/SET eligible
- Strong command of Hindi literature, grammar, and communication
- Knowledge of CBCS-based Hindi syllabus as taught at Tamil Nadu-affiliated universities
- Good spoken Hindi and ability to teach students from non-Hindi speaking backgrounds
- Participation in Hindi literary activities, workshops, and academic events preferred
- Certification from Hindi Prachar Sabha Examination Board is an added advantage
