📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source home loan applications from salaried and self-employed customers through builder tie-ups, direct referrals, and bank branch leads.
• Counsel customers on home loan eligibility, interest rate options, EMI structures, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify property documents, income proofs, and KYC documents for loan applications.
• Coordinate with the credit appraisal team for loan processing and keep customers updated on application status.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate builders and property dealers in Chennai for continuous lead flow.
• Achieve monthly home loan disbursement targets assigned by the retail assets team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth end-to-end loan processing and timely disbursement.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
• One to five years of experience in home loan sales, mortgage lending, or housing finance.
• Knowledge of property documentation, legal title verification basics, and MODT procedures.
• Familiarity with credit appraisal norms for salaried and self-employed customers.
• Established network with real estate builders, property consultants, or channel partners in Chennai is a strong advantage.
• Good numerical ability to calculate EMIs, loan eligibility, and affordability for customers.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Tamil and English.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
