📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day administration of the student hostel including discipline, cleanliness, and safety
• Maintain hostel registers including resident list, attendance, leave, and visitor records
• Ensure timely food service, hygiene standards, and maintenance of hostel facilities
• Handle student grievances related to accommodation, food, and hostel facilities promptly
• Coordinate with the college administration on student welfare, emergency situations, and disciplinary matters
• Enforce hostel rules and curfew timings and escalate violations to the college authorities
• Liaise with parents or guardians for student permission, leave, and welfare communication

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree; postgraduate preferred
• 2 - 8 Years of hostel management or student residential services experience
• Prior experience in educational institution hostels preferred
• Good interpersonal and counselling skills for student welfare management
• Ability to handle student emergencies, disciplinary situations, and parent communication
• Willingness to reside on campus or remain available on-call during hostel duty hours
• Female warden preferred for women's hostels; male warden for men's hostels
