📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll documentation
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI)
• Organize training, development programmes, and performance appraisals
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing
• Prepare HR reports and present HR analytics to management

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Any Graduate / MBA qualification required
• Minimum 5 - 10 Years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Candidates from Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai preferred
