📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process goods received notes for all incoming electronics stock deliveries and update inventory records accurately
• Maintain serial number tracking for high-value items such as laptops, televisions, and mobile phones
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts across assigned product categories in the store
• Investigate and report inventory variances between system records and physical stock counts
• Coordinate inter-store stock transfer requests and update transfer documents in the inventory system
• Maintain records of damaged, defective, and dead stock for write-off and insurance claim processing
• Generate inventory status reports for the store manager and category team using ERP software

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of inventory management experience in a retail or electronics warehouse environment
• Proficiency in ERP inventory modules or retail stock management software
• Strong numerical accuracy for stock count reconciliation and variance reporting
• Understanding of serial number tracking requirements for high-value consumer electronics
• Familiarity with FIFO inventory management principles and inter-store transfer procedures
• Basic MS Excel skills for inventory reporting and stock count data management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
